Understanding who you are and where do you want to go, it’s key to know and understand others.
So building our own personal branding is priority, because it sets the basis to be consistent and deliver more simple and precise strategies.
As professor Rachel Davis Mersey said, “…we need to know our audience so well that we can be able to anticipate what they want and need”.And of course everyone has a different profile… so how we can approach this reality? Here’s where our retrospection can be used but externally.
